Movie Maker Not Enough Storage Error...Help!

Brand new to windows movie maker so please be gentle with me.
I am trying to make my 1st Move Maker movie, however I keep getting a message that says "not enough storage is available to process this command".
I have checked the basic requirements for this program and I should be OK. Basically what happens is the progress bar and time line keep moving toward the right, but the movie freezes on one image and doesn't progress to the next....the music does however continue..Then the whole program lock up..
Any Ideas???

Movie making needs a lot of space on your harddrive, check how much free space you have and let us know.

As said plus you can check your memory availability by opening task manager and selecting performance whilst running movie maker. You may find you also have too many applications running in the background so check that as well. Another factor is your graphics card if its an on board type then it sucks up memory as well.
