iMac Pro review
I have spent two days surfing for this M/B. It is only 2 years a 5months old but I cannot find one anywhere. Get plenty of links but lead nowhere. Any M/B expert out there who can advise me what I could use as a substitute.? Many thanks.

Oh sorry, here is a list of cpu's the asrock board supports. click here
Forgot to add it to the last post.;-(
ed-0. Thank you for the ASRock link. Would any of these M/b's act as a substitute for mine.?
Should do. You need to check each one's specs.
yours 24.5cm X 24.5cm. ASrock 24.4cm X 19.8cm.
So it will fit your case.
You don't mention your cpu or have I missed it? But the list for the ASRock board shows it goes upto a 3.4 prescott 800Mhz with 1mb cache. I would think your cpu fits into the acceptable list of cpu's. Make sure you check. click here
The old motherboard takes DDR 400/333/266 and has 4 dimm sockets with a maximum of 4GB of memory. The ASRock board takes the same type of memory but just has 2 dimm sockets with a maximum of 2GB of memory.
So if you just use 2 sticks of memory, the ASrock board will be fine.
AGP graphics slot
Both have a 4X and 8X graphics slot. The ASrock also has integraded graphics that can be disabled, so you can use the AGP slot.
IDE and SATA connectors.
Both have 2 of each.
Both have 3 slots
5.1 channel sound.
So If the cpu fits and you have two or less sticks of memory. This board should fit what your'e looking for.
Hope this helps.
ed-0 You are an absolute gem. That sounds perfect. I have someone to install it for me and shall order it. Bit annoyed really. My daughters PC, only just over two years old and the M/B just blew. (I saw the scorch marks). Thank you very much for your help.
You'll be pleased to hear that my Googling came up with the same board, but from a different supplier, which was £10 dearer. Nice one Ed.
