Does anypne know which motherboard I can install in an Antec Aria cube case that will utilise all the connections on the front, i.e firewire, usb , sound , card readers?

I have the asme case and I use the Asrock MATX K7S41. It works fine and its cheap. Takes up to 3200 Amd. Although If I had to start again I'll go for the MATX Gigabyte. Hope that helps. Both however are w/o firewire connection.
