More RAM?

I recently ran a health check on my Dell Desktop Inspiron 530 & was told, quote 'Memory checks if your system has a minimum of 256 MB for Windows XP or 1GB for Windows Vista and Windows 7.
Your system does not have enough memory for the Operating System to perform up to par. Get more RAM'

What could have caused this as I do not have that many WORD or other files on the PC & I regularly delete the contents of Waste Bin, Temporary Files etc?

Any help would be appreciated.

If your PC works fine then you are looking for an issue that basically does not exist.
If you had not run the health check you would still be plodding along happily...

Or go to Black Viper's website and change all those services which you don't really need to automatically start and change them to Manual or Disabled click here

As a matter of interest how much RAM do you have?
