Modem Desktop icons won't delete

Hi guys.
I normally like to keep my desktop clean & clutter free, but I have a external Trust MD3100 USB ADSL modem which when installed, placed two useless shortcuts on my desktop. Could you help me get rid of them?

Shortcut one "Trust Control Panel" opens up just to reveal general ADSL line info.

Shortcut two "Trust MD3100 USB ADSL MODEM" opens up a box with lots of modem properties tabs, a connect screen if off the net...none of which I use.

If I delete the icons, they just appear again next time I turn my PC on. Is there anything I can do?

start - run - msconfig - startup tab top rightish and see if there is a reference to trust if so take the tick out of the box on the left hand side. When you restart put a tick in the left hand box to stop modified startup notice reappearing.
