You would not be able to use your 3 mobile Broadband abroad as difference country uses

difference system via their mobile network, you will also need an account with the local

broadband supplier

Mobile roaming calls worldwide is difference than mobile broadband

Most International telephone companies have an agreement between themselves that will

allow you to use your local mobile phone on there local network and charge you roaming

fees from 80% - 175% above the normal cost some also charge you both ways, for

receiving a call or a text message and when you make a call

Yes you can use your mobile broadband abroad. It depends on which country you are visiting.

There is information on the 3 website and a link to a page that allows you to check availability for each country you intend to visit.
