Missing Menu Bar in IE8

  pgladdon 11:07 01 May 2009

IE8 has just installed on my PC and there are no tool bars to go to: Home Page, access History, File, Favorites, Tools,View, so that I have no control on the look and feel of this and am unable to access any Drop down menus for these functions. This is all very restrictive and I am looking for solutions to this?

right click on where they should be and you should be able to enable them

Missing Tools Menu - and History, Favourites, Edit or View - in IE8
I have read about many people having similar problems here, but no solutions as yet.
I have tried to remove IE8 but failed to do so and I am looking for any working solutions. Just to repeat, I cannot get a drop down menu by right-clicking anywhere in this browser and so cannot make much use of it having no access to menu items!

Have you tried tools-internet options--advanced tab and reset the browser to default.
