What is the name of the file you downloaded?

What type of scanner are you using?

What operatingsystem are you using (XP Win98)?

Either look for it in C > windows > system32 or put the dll in the search box and scan your hard drive / drives for it.

What is the full name of the DLL.

Usually in the Windows folder or windows>system or system32. Copy it to all those if unsure.

Hi, I use Win 98SE and have the PRNDRV32.dll file but it is in C:\Programs/Scanner with all the other Scanner files.
I suggest you put a copy of the file in there and see if that helps, it can always be deleted later if it doesn't.
I also notice that you have put a space between the V and the 32. I don't think the space should be there.

Hi, I am using Win 98SE and have the file PRNDRV32.dll for a Scanner and it is in C:\Programs\Scanner folder with all the other scanner files.
I suggest you put a copy of the file there. It can always be deleted later if it doesn't work.
I also noticed that you put a space between the V and 32 in the file name. I don't think the space is required and could stop the file from being found by the program that wants it.

Sorry about the duplication. The first reply wasn't posted by the forum until nearly 30 minutes had passed and I thought I hadn't posted it properly.
Obviously, I had!
