my office home and student 2007 package recently became corrupted so i re-installed it , i have it pre-installed for 60 days and i also have it on a disc.

when i deleted the 2007 suite i also accidentally deleted something called a works package which a completely different program.

it is not listed on my recovery disc so i guess it is gone for good.

does anyone know how i can get it back.

i have seen some dodgy sites offering it for free BUT !!!! i may end up with more than i bargined for.

As a package it a little old hat.

Far better to download and install the Free Libre office.

A total suite of word/spreadsheet/power point etc.

If you have Office installed you don't need MS Works provided you don't have any special data files that were created in it. If you have then search online for a converter of Works files to Office files. There are several around and it depends on which version of Works they were created with.
