One or more Windows system DLL files have been corrupted, is missing, or have been replaced by an out of date
When running under Windows NT, LISCAD SEE must use the system DLL files located in the "C:\WINNT\SYSTEM32"
folder. If these system DLL files are also present in the "C:\WINNT\SYSTEM" folder, Windows NT automatically directs
LISCAD SEE to use these files instead.
It is suspected that some unknown software installations may cause this.
This problem and resolution is described in the Microsoft Support Knowledge Base. Please refer to:
Microsoft Knowledge Base Article ID: Q138512
Note that although the Microsoft article refers to one of their own products, the symptom and resolution is the same if
the problem occurs in LISCAD.
In addition to the system DLL files referred to in the Microsoft Knowledge Base Article ID: Q138512, the system file
STORAGE.DLL may also be affected. This file should also be checked and if necessary replaced in the same manner
referred to in the Microsoft Knowledge Base Article.
For Windows NT users the problem may be resolved by removing from the "C:\WINNT\SYSTEM" system folder, the
files referred to in the Microsoft Knowledge Base Article ID: Q138512 as well as the file STORAGE.DLL.
