Microsoft Outlook - setting it up.

  Barrykneeshaw 00:45 28 May 2003

I recently tried to set up Microsoft Outlook & it asked me for details of outgoing mail & incoming mail, POP3 s & SMTPs etc. I have no idea what they mean or where I can find the details in Windows XP they require. I have always used Supanet for email before & still do want to use it for email as well as Microsoft Outlook (which I use at work & therefore am a little conversant with). Can anybody tell what info they are after & where i can find it?

Many thanks

you need to ask your isp for that info - - -examples are ; -
for ntl would be for incoming mail and for outgoing.
btopenworld is for incoming and the same for outgoing
talk21 define them as for incoming and for outgoing
