Your mailbox has reached its maximum limit at which you cannot send or receive any more content. Empty your deleted items folder from Outlook or delete messages from your mailbox to create more space. The problem is that it does not allow me to do this. Outlook freezes! Is this a virus?

This issue is come when PST file size reached near about its maximum size limit. In this situation you need to try a free utility of Microsoft 2GB Truncation Utility. By the using this free tool you can easily resolve this problem. For more info about this click here: 2GB Truncation Tool
