Am I correct in thinking that this application can be installed on up to 5 computers. If so do the other 4 users have to be physically in the same household?

Separate computers where ever they are.

My version of MS Office 2007 Student came with only a 3 user licence. In fact when I was looking for a copy they all seemed to come with a 3 user licence. You might want to check this out. Also I have found that some people have used say 2 of their licences and have put up the 3rd on EBay etc to recoup some of the cost.

My daughter, who lives in the USA, and I share the Student Office it is on two PCs over there and one over here. Registration was not a problem.
