Microsoft Money 2002

I have used Money on my XP PC for several years. I have now tried to install it on a new Vista laptop. The following message appears "We're sorry but you cannot install Money because you do have power user or adninistartive privileges on this computer Please have someone with power user privileges on this computer install Money "
I am the administrator , and the only user . I have removed password protection but still get the same message. Can anyone help me over this inconsisitency of message. Thanks

Control Panel> User Accounts> Turn User Account control Off

Or try Right Click Set up .exe and select "Run as Administrator"
