Hello. Could somebody please tell me where I can buy cheap Filters from. I have been looks on the net, they all seem to be about £8. Is that the cheapest? Thanks.

You can get ebuyer branded ADSL microfilters for £1.17 click here.

Remeber to add postage and packaging costs which could bump up the total by quite a bit!

It may be cheaper to buy from a local shop or computer fair.

I got some of the ebuyer filters, not had any problems so far (also using the filter that came with my modem netgear 824m)

Have a read of the above about the quality of variuos filters. I can't vouch for any of it, but it makes interesting reading.

In general terms, with such low cost items, IMHO it's worth the small amount extra in buying decent ones.
