message on start up

Can't find target .ini: C:\Users\MarkGidman\Desktop\Chipset_V51010008_Vista\Wait\AsusSetup.ini

i need help on how to fix that message it comes up everytime i start laptop up thanks.

if everything works ok after cancelling the message then go to start - run - type msconfig then go to the startup tab top rightish. Look for a line with reference to that message and take the tick out of the left hand box. While in there you can take the tick out of non essential progs that start with windows. I only have the ticks in my firewall, virus checker and graphics driver.Reboot and then click in the box on the left to cancel the message.
