memory upgrade

my motherboard is Board: Compaq 06E4h
Bus Clock: 100 megahertz
BIOS: Compaq 786K1 10/12/2000

My cpu is 700 megahertz AMD Duron
128 kilobyte primary memory cache
64 kilobyte secondary memory cache
i have installed 384 Megabytes Installed Memory
Slot 'DIMM1' has 256 MB
Slot 'DIMM2' has 128 MB
Slot 'DIMM3' is Empty

can i add any more memory?
how do i find out what my psu is?

I think that you can enter the details that you have posted above and it will tell you what RAM you need.

I don't think that your psu will baulk at the thought of another dimm, but if you are running windows 95 or 98, they don't usually react well to having more than 512Mb installed.
