memory sticks for reloading XP?

Can I use a memory stick to load my OS onto and reuse it to reload my computer again

Only way to do that is to use Acronis True Image to take a copy of the drive and save the compressed copy .tib file to the memstick.

However you may need a BIG capacity memstick :0)

You need to check that your pc can boot from the memory stick, or else make an Acronis boot CD AND TEST IT.
