how can i fix this guys

Have you tried the suggestions by rawprawn?

I would agree to completely uninstall and reinstall Malwarebytes. There is a problem if it doesn't complete a full scan - maybe there is something missing from the original setup.

i had this a few months ago where it did this upon hitting norton files, a later MBAM updated fixed it, do you have the latest version with latest definitions?

  northumbria61 19:08 19 Mar 2010

I would ask you again - have you completely uninstalled it and reinstalled it ?

Hi mark3986

While MBAM is excellent at what it does, it is not a comphrehensive anti-malware solution and should only be used in addition to good general-purpose anti-virus and anti-spyware software.

For a good general-purpose anti-spyware/ anti-malware that is very good at removing trojans, try
and SUPERAntiSpyware should run fine along side your Norton without conflict!

They have a free version and it is excellent - you have nothing to lose.

FREE version available here.
