I have a C drive and a D drive, the C is 2GB and the D is 8GB.
I cant install XP on the D drive so my computor runs very slowly and says I have very little drive space left.
What can I do and how?

Are these two seperate hard drives or partitions on the sane drive?

I believe that they are two seperate drives but Im not sure.

If seperate will be shown as two drives in BIOS and when you first boot as master and slave.

switch off open case change jumpers on the two drives from master to slave and slave to master probably also a good idea to swap IDE cable from one to other.

reboot go into BIOS (F2), auto detect drives and set cdrom as first boot device then save and exit.

reboot with XP cd in drive and install
