I know some people on here use Mailstore, so perhaps someone can tell me where I'm going wrong.
I'm using Outlook (not Express) 2003 and have successfully 'stored' all my emails and it's brilliant for finding specific messages. However,it seems you can only create three sets of archives, so if you do the third one and then delete messages in Outlook, when you use Mailstore again, it will overwrite a previous set.
I've tried exporting to a CD, but then when trying to find an email, I can't see the details, as everything is listed as 'Message'.
Or am I trying to do something it's not designed for?
