Mail Track problem has started

Several weeks ago I installed into Chrome an add-on called MailTrack. It notifies the sender when an email has been opened. I was very pleased with this as my previous programme was obsolete. It did all that it ‘says on the tin’. However last week it became apparent that it wasn’t working so well and was advised to un-install and re-install. This I have done a couple of times. Still no luck.

It all appears correctly on my PC and says that the email have been sent with Mailtrack. However, upon checking the ‘mail sent’ it says that the mail was sent without using MailTrack. The help section of MailTrack doesn’t seem to have an answer. I'm using Win 10.
