Mail rejected as SPAM

Hi there,

Since moving offices at the start of Jan I am finding a lot of my messages are being bounced back to me as SPAM or saying I'm on a blacklist.

For example:

550 5.3.0 SORBS [ip address here]: [recipient address here](in reply to RCPT TO command).

It is not my email address as I get the same error whether I send from hotmail or Outlook.

Please help if you can...

Have you spoken to your ISP?

I work in a large building with serviced offices, the broadband provider is done by the owner of the building. I cannot liase directly with the IT people (they do it to avoid hundreds of people contacting them, they are based in the US and look after the whole network of these offices) so it will take me at least a week if I put in a request with them.

Just trying to see if it's something to do with my own settings.
