I have a Lycos email account with 2 external emails attached to it. However there seems to be a problem and I get the message every hour "Cannot Retrieve Your POP Emails". I dont use the attached account now, but cannot unattach it and stop this damn message.
The help page advises me 'Under Options, Synchronise click on the link Aggregated accounts and add the required POP3 server information.' Thing is, I cannot find these options. Is there a Lycos email expert who can help?
