Log file on desktop

My mother-in-law has a log file called hs_err-pid3504.log appear on her desktop. She has recently updated Incredimail but does not know if it is related to this.

The log file starts with this text-

An unexpected exception has been detected in native code outside the VM. Unexpected signal : EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION (0xc0000005) occurred at PC=0x6D311FF
Library=C\:Program Files\Java\j2rel.4.2_03\bin\jpiexp32.dll

NOTE: We are unable to locate the fuction name symbol for the error just occurred. Please refer to release documentation for possible reason and solutions.

Current Java thread:
at sun.plugin.services.WPlatformService.waitEvent(Native method)
at sun.plugin.viewer.frame.IExplorerEmbeddedFrame.destroy(Unknown Source)

Any clues as to what this is?
