on my pc when i go into my computer i seem to have to local drives drive c and drive d....... y is this it laves me with not much memory on one off the drives

a local drive is one that is inside your computer,or directly connected,ie a harddisk drive,not on a network.you say it makes you short on memory.how do you mean?
