Limited user - access to secondary hard drive

I installed a smaller secondary hard drive into my XP PC for my sons sole use. I have managed to put all his files on it using my own (administrator) login, but he can only open his files, not delete or write anything to the drive. XP Help & Support suggests changing the drive/folder settings using Properties/Security tab, but I have NO security tab on any drive or folder. Any ideas?

If you're using XP Home, you can get the Security tab only a Safe Mode.

If you use XP Pro, you need to disable Simple File Sharing first, to access the Security tab.

I meant to say, for XP Home, "only in Safe Mode".

Ah! Should have said XP Pro! Yes, disabled Simple File Sharing and I have more security tabs than I can shake a stick at! Thanks!
