Limited or no connectivity

i cant seen to be able to get rid of this and conect to the internet im so fustrated

please give details of pc or laptop and if wired or wireless and what you have done so far.
And details of router etc. etc. so that someone may help.

Have you tried switching the Modem off for 10 seconds and then on again.Or right clicking local area connection and press repair.But like Lotvic says we need more details.

its a bt home hub and my laptop is a dell inspiron 630m

i have tryed repair and it said that it colud not renew the ip address

i also tryed turning off the modem and restarting it that did work untill i restarted my laptop
but then when i restart the moden it works
