Limited Accounts Have No Access?

I have just set up another computer on my wireless network for my kids.
I have set myself as Administrator on the computer and my two children have Limited Accounts.
If I turn on the comp and login to my admin account then the internet is fine. Also if I then swith users to the kids accounts the wireless network connects and works.
Where the problem occurs is when one of the kids just logs on without going through my admin account first. The wireless network does not connect.
Is there a way of allowing the network to work on a Limited Account? I didnt really want to set the kids up as administrators!
I had a quick look in User Accounts but could not see any way of over-riding the restriction for the wireless card connecting.

Thanks.
