Lenovo TB-X103F Tablet with App Problems

Just bought Lenovo Tab 3 great tablet crap technical support they seem to know less than me. Experiencing a problem with some apps I have downloaded. Eg a camera app called Cymera. When you start it, it asks for permission to access the devices location. Giving permission a message saying “Screen overlay detected. To change this permission setting you first have to turn off the screen overlay from Settings Apps. OPEN SETTINGS.” This takes you to a list of apps under the title “Draw over other apps” but the Cymera app is not shown so impossible to change any settings. This also happens with Google Chrome.

If you go into the “Settings” and then into “Apps” both appear but when you try to give permissions again they will not show up in the list titled “Draw over other apps.” Frustrating Cymera may be incompatable with this device but Google Chrome should be perfectly ok. Have used Firefox with no problems but several other apps just will not work. Any ideas guys.
