Please can anybody help regarding my problem, when i visit web sites the text seems larger than normal, you can still read the text but it seems bigger. This happened i think after i downloaded a pdf file and i was reading it although i cannot be sure. this only affects my web viewing ,as my desktop stuff is ok. I run windows xp home and AOL v8( i have tried looking under preferances> on AOL but nothing found)

If your mouse has a scroll wheel, press ctrl and scroll. Doesn't work in all cases, but I can change the text size this way.

Don't you just learn something every day. I had the reverse problem with a couple of sites - text really small and couldn't fathom out how to change it, but trying what you suggested Graham ®, now I can actually see what's on the Royal Mail site pages! Thanks.

supersonic430 have you tried adjusting IE via 'View'>'Text Size'?

I have it set on 'smaller'.
