Lanmandrv Trojan

Has anyone come accross the lanmandrv/lanmanwrk Trojan. We are having difficulty removing it. Spybot nor AVG can remove it although AVG detects it. Also is it always best to run anti-virus programmes in safe mode?
Thanks for any help

PS If it doesn't do the trick first time, then try in safe mode.

Usually it is best to run antispyware etc in safe mode but I have been informed that this one is better in normal mode and just to do a quick scan,

Malwarebytes Antimalware click here

What is the location of the Trojan

They are located in C:\windows\system32

I have run one anti-virus programme and it found a lanman rootkit, amongst other things, and quarantined it. Thought this had solved the problem until a threat message popped up again, but strangly AVG was able to heal it this time? I'm going to run the other a/v programme just to be sure.
Will the a/v programmes conflict as I had AVG and Spybot already installed?
Thanks for the help folks

If you are on about Malwarebytes it will not conflict as it is a on demand scanner only {the free version}

Both a/v found problems so hopefully that's solved between them. Thanks
