  crumbdias 17:16 10 Jan 2006

I placed this into my pc and installed drivers and software that were supplied, connected the tv arial from my house and tried to scan for channels. I have found nothing so far and can't see where I am going wrong. Any help is much appreciated

You need to be scanning the 8Mhz freqency range for Freeview channels.

To be frank, its website is pretty dire help wise.

Sounds like a case of take it back for a refund and buy a proper (and working) TV card...:-)

Unless you are one of the unfortunate few who can't receive Freeview.

You might need a different aerial, also make sure it's pointing to a the transmitter directly for a strong signal.
