Keyboard Question

Don't know if anyone will be able to help, but here goes!!

I work with a lady who has arthritis and needs a special keyboard. She is a tocuh typist and I have tried a variety of split keyboards etc. unfortunately, she finds them difficult to use. Her reason for this is that she requires the 'b' key to be on the right hand side of the split, not the left. I am unable to find a commercially available keyboard with that configuration. Can anyone suggest where I might find one?
