keyboard and mouse not working after wnds 10 reset

Hi guys, One of my friends recently gave me a Dell Optiplex 390 but couldn't remember the password so i reset it with windows 10. It all went fine until I get to the language and keyboard set up when I can't input as neither my mouse and keyboard work. They both work in legacy bios and on other computers so I know it's a software issue, I'm assuming I need to get on to windows to install the drivers but can't get past this stage! it's really frustrating, I don't have a PS/2 keyboard input and the Dell bios I can access doesn't have the enable usb Keyboard bit I've seen on videos. Any help would be excellent! Thanks in advance
