No such thing as a CD+R - you are thinking of DVD blanks in + or - form.

CD-Rs can be formatted (more info on subject at click here) but I always use them in multisession mode for backups, pix files, data files, utilities, programs etc and use them until full, when I finalise them (enable it just before the last burning session to the disk).

I use Nero 5.5 but EasyCD Creater also has a multisession mode.
