My daughter has problem downloading some web pages.it ask her does she want download java. She says yes but it still won't work.jave won't load.She uses XP PRO thw same as me amd I have no problem.Any Ideas anybody.Ron

In her browser check Tools > Internet options > Security > Custom Level > Java.There is a list of options for Java, she could have it disabled, not a bad idea, you can bury a executable file in a Java Applet fairly handy, select a high level of security at a minimun.Hope this helpsYours Kitz E Kat
Windows XP does not install Java by default.You can download the Microsoft version of Java, (Microsoft Virtual Machine) fromclick hereEnsure you have ticked; "JIT compiler for virtual machine enabled" in Internet Options, advanced. Then re-boot.
