I tried to access a games based site and got the message " not available on the web browser that you are using. Please enable Java or upgrade to the latest version of Netscape Navigator or Microsoft Internet Explorer"
I run XP pro and have Explorer 6.0 which I believe is the latest version. I had a look in the windows file and found a folder marked Jarva. It had 2 sub folders called Classes and Trustlib, both of which were empty.
Can anyone tell me how to either enable Java or where to down load it from....or is there a newer version of Explorer.
Thanks for any help.

Java wasn't included with XP, because of a barney between Microsoft and Sun, plroofing1. You have to download and install it. You can download if you click here
