This is a site that depends on Java click here

Does it work?

Saw this post come up and thought it could solve my similar problem.

Have downloaded and installed from the links above and no change! Should I have uninstalled or installed in safe mode?

Getting this site loud and clear so may be Java isn't the problem?

Any ideas?

Cheers, Epirb.

On a second inspection......

No, bejeweled not working so how do we get Java back up and running?

OK, OK, OK, I'm thinking.

In IE, Tools/Internet Options, Advanced tab.

Scroll down to Microsoft VM and tick "JIT compiler for virtual machine enabled (requires restart)". Click Apply then OK then follow the prompts to reboot your 'puter.

Duplicate messages finger trouble, not impatience.

JIT compiler is enabled, I have tried disabling and reenabling, with reboots, no change.

The other two Java VM boxes are unchecked.

Cheers, Epirb.
