Is it sae to delete a 'log' file taking up 4.2 Gb

Help please!
I had an Internet Explorer problem that I solved by using regedit to recall a previous startup configuration. My system is now working fine but I see that I have lost 4.2 Gb of hard disk space. The culprit is a file called twsrc.log that is on my C: drive and I desperately need to know if it is safe to delete.
Suggestions please!

I say any log file is safe to delete but 4.2 Gb??

Too big to open.

Have you checked you are virus free?

A .log file is safe to delete. It will then regenerate itself as and when required

It could be related to a TunnelWars game demo see click here
