Hi All, I'd like to know if it's possible to retrieve an email or if there is any way to prove that it was sent "internally" to a group of people on the same server if it has purposely been deleted? Would it leave a footprint? Of Any sort? Where could I look for this? I'm sorry I'm not a technical person at all so if this is possible I'd need assistance! Any help would be greatly appreciated

If it has been deleted from the server then there is very little chance of retrieving it. You could possibly ask your server provider if they keep a backup but do it quick.

If you sent an email to an organisation or within their network then it's highly likely that the email trail is still on their server, even if it's deleted off the email clients.

To gain access would be down to the IT department and I doubt if they would do that unless you had a very good reason, even then, it might require a court order for them to release it if you are nothing to do with the organisation. It isn't really a technical question, but more of a legal one on what can and can't be done.
