recently when switching on the following message appears 'No ISDN devices were found. Please install an ISDN device & run the configuration wizard again.'
Why has it appeared & what do I do to stop it coming up every time I switch on?

Right click on Start, run, type in msconfig press enter open startup tab, see if Cfgwiz32.exe is listed there, if so then uncheck and reboot. Ignore the message about affecting startup items as Windows will try and get you to revert to default.

If you do not have cfgwiz32.exe then Click Start, Run, type msinfo32 and enter

The Microsoft System Information window appears.

In the left side pane, click on the (+) of Software Environment to expand it, and then select Startup Programs.

A list of all these appears on the right side pane.

On the menu bar, click: Edit, Select All to highlight the entries on the right pane, and then click: Edit, Copy.

Paste them in reply to this post using Ctrl V so we can see what you have got. We may then be able to identify the culprit!
