On boot up and upon selecting AOL icon and whenever opening a page with colour heading from my docs the following message occurs

The second link in my list above - about deleting .pwl files - usually works for me. Make sure you know all your passwords - Win logon, ISPs (& in webforms, if applicable) - before deleting. G

Many thanks to everyone that offered advice. I tried them all but without success so went for a re-format and am now back on line.
