Invalid Boot.ini

When I boot up my Win XP Home system, I get a message "Invalid Boot.ini Booting from C:\WIN."
The system then boots up OK. This is my Boot.ini file

; for 16-bit app support
[drivers]
wave=mmdrv.dll
timer=timer.drv
[mci]
[driver32]
[386enh]
woafont=dosapp.FON
EGA80WOA.FON=EGA80WOA.FON
EGA40WOA.FON=EGA40WOA.FON
CGA80WOA.FON=CGA80WOA

Should I be worried or leave things alone?

Try copying the Boot.ini file from the c:\windows directory into the c:\ directory (overwritting the previous boot.ini in c:\)
