Internet site blocking

I am running IE6 under XP Home, recently when surfing I am finding a new search engine coming up "search42.com" which is looking for some of the keywords I have typed. Often the search results have unsavoury sites and I would like to block access to search 42 web site.

How do I do this I cannot find a simple block to the site as per stopping e-mails.
I run AVG 7, Microsoft Antispyware, Adaware and spybot.

Many thanks
