Internet randomly goes down

Im using a BT voyager 2100 wireless adapter. I have a wired connection out of it. Randomly it shuts down and starts up again. This is really annoying, is there anything i can do to stop this, or is this a BT problem that i gotta just wait over.

hi, find your way to the voyager control panel, click on "advanced" click on "DSL" at this point it will ask you to sign in, then you will see "adsl line" you can alter it from 1 up to about 12 or so, start with, say 2, give it a minute or so to sync, then see how you get on, if it still drops try it a bit higher..

have you not a got a DSL configuration page..I have on my voyager control panel,, one other thing, some do say that DECT phones can cause the line to drop, so if you have those unplug them for a while..
