......without java screen?

This was available on my PC in an earlier incarnation, but can someone tell me what I lack, and where I might find a freebie download?

Internet frog is a pretty and a reliable program which was recognised as giving a true picture of actual speed. not the potential speed

The speedtest at myspeed is the pretty bit for those that prefer pictures to arithmetic.

Have you tried updating your flashplayer. Sometimes you have to uninstall using Adobes tool first.

Dashing to get help I should have re-phrased my question.

Recently rebuilt system with W2000 pro SP4.
Little by little the new system has been polished with personal adjustments.

It seems I lack any Java add-ons (must have shunned them at some stage)

I have, apart from the basic Windows OS, MS Office (XP Pro). Where can I find the neccessary Java stuff to install?

It all works! Yipee!

Took a lot of circles to get there.

Failed because I lacked Active X - sorted with a download and a reboot for safety.

Failed because it couldn't find a network (which I don't have).
Round again and Presto!
