Connection Interupted

The connection to the server was reset while the page was loading.

Seeing that the wireless Internet access is working check that you LAN card set up is correct

your knowledgeable suggestion still does not work-if I were to remove the broadband connection and wipe the PC completely, would I then be able to get an internet connection?

Before doing that I would try Last Known Good Configuration and/or a System Restore

  bigduvat 18:05 07 Mar 2009

Tried system restore 2 days back,4 days back and 28 days back, but still had the same fault. Next I removed the broadband connection and uninstalled "Avast"-this left me without virus protection, I then connected up the broadband and tried to get on internet and was given the same error message!
