internet connectivity problems

After several weeks of problems connecting to AOL, including BT checking the phone line and finding it OK, I've uninstalled my old and reinstalled a new BT Voyager modem and drivers but the modem still occasionally goes in to "training" mode and I can't connect to the internet. AOL does not seem to understand the problem and can't help.

Sounds like your Phone Line is damaged or is of poor quality

Have you tried a connectivity repair and resetting adapter?
