does anyone know how to create interactive documents using ms office? I want to set up a quiz that people fil in and return by disk but no clue how to begin.

Sounds like a bit of fun for a Friday.

In Word you could simply insert a table and type your questions leaving blank boxes for answers. The table formatting can be changed to hide the box borders at the end. Send it out to everyone and ask them to fill it in and return it to you.

If you want to get more sophisticated try using FORMS. Type exactly that into Word help and see what you think. You can be quite sophisticated using forms - multiple choice options, drop down boxes etc.

I've also done it in Excel using "if" functions;ie if the right answer is typed in the box, "right" or "wrong" pops up alongside or a number of points are allocated with a running total being kept.
